Contact Column.bet

We are a small editorial team. We do not run contact forms, we do not collect data, and we do not sell anything. But we genuinely love hearing from readers - especially when you have spotted a mistake.

Before you write

What we can - and cannot - help with

Read this page first. It saves both of us time, and it routes the few things we genuinely cannot help with to the people who can.

  • +Things we love hearing about

  • Factual errors. Wrong probability, wrong payout, wrong table-max number anywhere in the guides or analysis.
  • Math mistakes. Spotted a calculation slip in a sequence, table, or simulation summary? Tell us. We will fix it and credit you in the changelog.
  • Broken or stale links. Including links to outdated operator pages or regulator URLs.
  • Typos and copy issues. No correction is too small.
  • Topic suggestions. Especially on the Due-Column side - horse racing, sportsbook applications, edge cases.
  • Citation / press requests. If you want to quote a Mikkel Hansen analysis in academic, journalistic, or industry work, write to us. We will provide a clean citation block.
  • Reader stories. How a documented system actually played out in your sessions - the wins, the catastrophes, the variance you did not expect.
  • Translation or syndication. Inquiries for non-English markets or licensed republication.
  • -What we cannot help with

  • Personal betting advice. We will not tell you which column to bet on tonight, which horse to back, or which NFL side to play. We are an editorial resource, not a tipster service.
  • Tip selection. No picks, no parlays, no "lock of the week." Anyone telling you they can pre-select winners is either selling or guessing.
  • Account or operator disputes. Payment problems, KYC delays, bonus withholding - contact the operator's support team first, then the licensing regulator (NJ DGE, PA PGCB, iGO Ontario, etc.) if unresolved.
  • Promo or bonus inquiries. Operator-specific. We do not run affiliate offers and have no insight into individual promotions.
  • Tax advice on gambling winnings. Talk to a licensed accountant or tax attorney in your jurisdiction. We are not qualified.
  • Problem gambling support. Please use the helplines below. They are free, confidential, and staffed by trained counsellors - we are not.
How to reach us

Three editorial inboxes

Pick the right one. Faster routing, faster reply. Typical response time is 2-3 business days; corrections we treat as priority and usually answer within 24 hours.

Editorial / general
Feedback, topic suggestions, reader stories.
Corrections & fact-checks
Math errors, broken links, stale numbers. Priority queue.
Press & citations
Quoting Mikkel Hansen's analysis, syndication, interviews.

No phone line. No live chat. No DMs. Email gives us a written record and lets us route to the right reviewer - usually Mikkel himself for anything math-related.

Critical

If gambling stops feeling like entertainment

This is the one inquiry type we route away rather than handle ourselves. The helplines below are free, confidential, 24/7, and staffed by trained counsellors. They are far better positioned than any editorial team.

Problem gambling helplines

USA: 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) - 24/7, free, confidential.

Canada (Ontario): ConnexOntario (1-866-531-2600) - 24/7, free, confidential.

Canada (Quebec): Aide pour les joueurs - 1-866-767-5389.

These services will not contact your bank, your family, or your employer. The call commits you to nothing.

Editorial oversight

Who reads your message

Every correction email lands on Mikkel's desk first. He decides whether it warrants a fix, a rewrite, or a fuller deconstruction. Most fixes ship within 48 hours.
